Every cloud has a silver lining..
Nov 30th 8pm adrk and freezing, having been let down by our pre-book accommodation we had to search for somewhere else to stay with 7 people, having stayed here before we thought we'd give it a try. On arrival after explainning, the young receptionist(Gemma) was most helpful and immediately set about getting us sorted, even offered to open up anothe floor to accommodate us, the owner showed us the rooms and we settled in, thank you very much. the hotel or 3 star guest accommodation which ever you prefer to call it, is well above average typical Blackpool accommodation, roomd modern and clean, breakfast great, with the owner and gemma making the stay most welcoming

"Value for money break"
Had a lovely mid-week break at The Blenheim Mount, 1st till 5th October with my 86 year old mother, she like this hotel as its so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast is great everything you would want to start you day. The hotel is on the seafront so had a great view in the evenings of the decorated trams as they passed by, very close to the shops, threatre, bus stop outside and across the road for fleetwood & cleveleys star gate. We stayed here same time last year and serveral people we met then were also back, so was nice to see familier faces and catch up. Evening there is bingo, quizes play your cards right and an excellent DJ JO, she reconised us as we came in on the 1st night and gretted us with a hug and warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable there was always plenty of tea & coffee even hot chocolate. i was mortified to find I had left my room key in my pocket, called the hotel on arrival home and Angela was so nice about my senior moment and assured me it was fine and just to pop then in the post, i did this the same day and Angela called me to say they had arrived safely the next day. We will be back again to this great hotel next year as it is a lovely place to stay.. Thanks to everyone for a greta stay.

Very enjoyable stay
My wife and I have just returned from a 4 day break from this wonderful hotel and i must say ALL the staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them if you need anything all you need to do is ask and they will do their very best to help. We had a double seaview room on the top floor which was of a good size and very nice bathroom, we also had whiter than white towels and bedding. The dinning room is quite large and the decor is of a very high standard, meals are served with efficient and friendly staff, there is also a very good choice on the menu. The bar tarriff was very good at the hotel and the hotel was kept warm day & night. Finally the hotel was about 90% full during our stay and we did not hear a single complaint. Well done to all at The Blenheim Mount, we hope to see you again.

My parents stayed at this hotel last year with my son and we all returned this year and wasn't disappointed. We stayed for 2 nights, I stayed in a family room (double 2 single),with my husband, 3yr old daughter and 9yr old son. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with tea & coffee Facilities. Our Family also occupid 3 other rooms 2x doubles and 1 family room, all the staff was were very helpful and friendly. We stayed BB which there was a buffet of fruit juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt, tea & coffee and a full english breakfast which was brought to your table by our waitress. The service in the resturant was very fast and something for everyone. The evening entertainment with Joella was fab ! and the children was included, my shy son even got up on karaoke!!. The hotel is in a great location and we've just booked to go again next year but this time we are staying 4 nights and having evening meal too..

Great Hotel, Brilliant staff, funtime had by all can't wait to come and see you next week.
Just returned to (not so sunny) scotland after a lovely Mon-Mon stay at the Blenheim Mount hotel in Blackpool. Lovely warm and spacious room and welcoming staff, even the cleaner was extremely friendly and always took the time to say hello. Really great that the grounds have a secured car park taking away any stress of finding parking. The location is perfect, ideally central to everything you would want to do on a visit to Blackpool. Breakfast was goos although 9-9.30 mid-week I felt was a small time span for breakfast and 9-10 like weekend would of suited me better. My son celebrated his 12th Birthday within the premises and staff was very oblinging with bring out his cake and making him a specail kids cocktail :)). My only complaint would be some selfish guest that forget just because they are awake and wanting to party some of us are on family holiday but then being loud in the arly hours of the morning isnt a short fall of the hotel just the guest. All in all I had a lovely time inBlackpool :)))

Me and the wife stayed here for the weekend, we ordered afternoon dinner but there was a problem with staff shortage and was given a complimentery bottle of chardoney bin 63, it is rated 3 star but i would rate it 5 starplus, just perfect.

We stayed here from the 16th till 18th march, in a family group. from check in to check out we had no problems what so ever. The staff was courteous and friendly, very helpful indeed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and provided with all you'd require. Whilst we didn't eat our main meal here 5 o'clock dinner being abit early for us, the b reakfast was substantial, well cooked and served. The central position of the hotel meant all the attractions were just a short stroll away, as a bonus the weather was beautiful and the sun shone all weekend. we would definately stay here again.

The hotel staff ( Reception, Waitress and Bar), were great and efficent from checking us in and getting the parking orgainsed. The chef and waitresses did a sterling job getting everyones order right the first time and most of all the children were made welcome and were allowed to join in and have FUN!! I heard absoulutly no critisism of them, which made for a very relaxing break for their parents. I hope we were well behaved and that we didn't upset too many guest with our awful singing, a fab and fun weekend had by all.. Once again thank you very much indeed.

I stayed for the illuminations with my wife and 11 yr old son. It's the first time we had stopped at this hotel, and it won't be the last. The young lady on reception was first class in checking us in and sorting the car park out. The room was ok, as you only need it for sleeping in anyway,Breakfast was served piping hot !! and plenty of choice. The bar was excellent and bar prices matched, on the whole my family and I had a wonderful time, on down side there was a lady and gentleman trying to impersonate Kenny Rodgers and Dolly Parton at 3.30 in morning, note for bar staff more water in the whisky next time.. Many thanks again.

Family orientated and friendly staff ready to serve.
We liked the height of the outside of the hotel, in comparison to the other hotels beside it. We enjoyed great views and conversation with other guest and staff alike. It was lovely to relax and have a drink and watch the world pass by. We liked all the friendly staff and the well equipped spacious dining room, like the fast service on the hot breakfast in the morning. We also like the choice of having a smoking room. The decor could do with updating and floorboards creak a little we would reccommend to friends.

Wish it had been for a week rather than a weekend..

From check-in with Sadie to check out at the end it was a real delight to spend time at this hotel, staff and owner was so helpful. fantastic room with seaview, a quick taxi ride from the train station and central on the promenade. We could of stayed for a week, we loved blackpool and reccommend this hotel to anyone.
Superb hotel hope to be back next year.
As per last year we were completely relaxed, even more so because we knew what to expect. However it was a shame about the high winds which prevented us from going up the new refurnished Tower, but you can't help the weather. We went to see the legands which was very good plus its not far to walk or stumble form central pier, depending on how much alcohol is consummed..lol.. The ooms are clean and staff very friendly

This was a return to Blackpool after a 24 year break and we were not disappointed. We managed to avoid the hen-stags and found a lovely local pub, which was much more our cup of tea-Ma Kelly's. The hotel in particular the seaview room was brilliant for people watching, the staff were lovely, friendly and could not do more to help enjoy are break. We loved the location and the seaview, the room was a good size and good facilities: TV, refreshments etc- breakfast was excellent and a good start to your day. It ticked all the boxes for us and would struggle to suggest anything that has been missed.

We have stayed at the Blenheim Mount previously and had no problems about booking again. We should have had a holiday at the hotel in July but had to cancel because oif my wife being poorly, Angela, in particular, was very sympathetic and genuine about her concern. This is typical of the whole family and staff.
We also met some superb guests on this visit, and hope to meet up again next year.

One of the Best ........ we stayed at the Blenheim mount hotel for our wedding anniversary and we have to say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in hotels in the USA, egypt, Spain, and Turkey as well as in the UK,
the staff are friendly the hotel is clean and comfortable with proper beds (not the thin mattress on a board that you often get) and bedding good pillows and nicely furnished TV/dvd .
we would stay there anytime and have recommended it to our friends and family.
What a lovely hotel....... my wife and i arrived at the blenhiem mount on friday afternoon to a very warm welcome from recteption. we went up to our room on the second floor (By Lift ) and found our room it was excellant clean with flat screen T.V. plenty of wardrobe space and drawers for all our clothes. we didnt get a sea view but could see the tower from our room. there was a D.J who was great with everyone called us all by our first name like he had known us for years. the blenhiem is situated near the town centre and most of the rock shops.i would recomend this hotel to everyone the owners are also very hands on and always around to ask questions if needed nothing was to much trouble for them. Racheal i called her the (scatty one) was off her head she is a real charactor and a lovey person she made us laugh. and helped us enjoy uor holiday. While we were there we had our 24th wedding anivrsary I asked mike The DJ if he cold play a song for my wife he went one step further an bought us a bottle of wine how nice was that not only this he played a song from the past that my wife remember but didnt have nd he is going to send it to her through the post NOW that hosbitality oh and i might add thr breakfastare the best have had at any hotel i have stayed at. THANK you all at the Blehiem for makng our holiday special you will be seeing us again very soon.
We will return.......great hotel very clean, staff very friendl,y food great, mike the dj very entertaining, would defintly recommend this hotel and we will be going back. ann & John.
Welcoming, excellent food and very clean hotel..................A warm welcome awaited us as soon as we arrived and we were helped with our cases straight away. The home cooking was excellent and the hotel rooms were very clean. The lift inside the hotel was ideal especially as my Dad has bad legs so a lift to the dining room downstairs was ideal.
Close to all amenities and all three piers with a tram running right outside was ideal.
The beach a walk across the road with shops and amusements all around.
Entertainment for everyone in the hotel especially when they played those oldies my parents were in their element.
I couldn't have wished for a better hotel and have plans to return for a longer stay shortly.
